I have a dream!

My dream is to clean your house so it looks clean and sparkling!

I am Kevin Hofstede. I am 35 years old and came to Spain to enjoy life with my family.

In the couple of years I've been living in Spain, I worked with different companies and industries. But till now i didn't enjoy working here with all the different visions and mentalities.

So I want to start my own company! A softwash and pressure wash company: 

Bonito Y Limpio no es feo!

But for every company startup you need to invest in buying equipment and all that you need to fulfill the job. That means you need Savings, a bankloan, private investors, advance sales of services, growdfunding, etc…

So how do I want to startup my company?

I am looking for future long term clients that are want to have a clean and sparkling roof and house and/or garden. But that are willing to pay the services in advance true growdfunding to invest in my startup and get a 50% discount the first year.

I need at least 60 clients that are willing to help me start up my business and looking forward to having a sparkling and clean house.

These 60 clients will be rewarded with 50% discount for the first year.

Also all extra services like your powerwash the terrace, pool or garden walls is included in this discount.

Every thing is contract based and fully legal with all the permits

So how many times do you clean the house a year?

1 time no, 2 times no but 3 Times a year!  So every 4 months all the dirt, sand, molt, algue or whatever will be cleaned.

What will it cost me to let my house be cleaned outside 3 times a year?

-For houses till 250m2 the services cost will be €400 all in for 1 year. All other services will be quoted at location, against our flat raid of €30 an hour.

-For houses from 250m2 the service cost will be quoted at location depending on m2 but will be at least €400.

In summary:

€400 a year(till 250m2!). That's only 1.10 cents a day! So actually it only costs you 1 Coffee a day to have a year round clean and sparkling house!

This includes 3 house and roof washings every 4 months for 1 year.

All extra cleaning services are 30 Euro an hour.

Ps: 

For the first 60 clients that will have the startup discount of 50% this is only €200 the first year(till 250m2). And all extra services are rated at €15.

What other services are i am planning to do?

Like I said, I want to have a Soft & Power Wash company for roofs and house walls but also  gutter cleaning, terrace washing, garden walls, pools, garages, sheds, driveways and all other that needs cleaning.

I also will be able to remove graffiti, Clean parking lots and do other industrial cleaning.

So what do I need to start the company?

A weight capable Van/truck that can carry the equipment load.

high pressure washer

low pressure washer

water deposit

chemical dispenser

hoses

spraying guns, soaping guns, high pressure gun.

cleaning liquids: chemicals, soap.

ladders

safety equipment.

What will this all be costing?

For a standard startup setup with a second hand van/truck, its quoted about €8.000 to €10.000.

But you want 60 clients to pay €200 in advance, that's €12.000! 

Where does €2000 goes?

Yes that's right, but I also have to do administration work like: pay first autonomos legal fees, car insurance, company responsibility insurance (so the you the client is safe, if I broke something regards the work i do!), pay legal permits etc. 

But how will you be making money?

So my first 60 clients will be helping me getting startup my company.

In the time i am making appointments with these people and clean their houses,

I need to make before and after photos, make videos of the work and get reviews of the clients so I can advertise on social media to attract more clients.

Also the first 60 clients will be important, like if I do a good job the neighbors, friends and family will know, that the clients house is clean and sparkling. so they can be a potential future client also.

Next to private homes, I want to attract schools, shops etc to do industrial cleaning.

This can be contract based or single time jobs.
