Dear Friends!

As you know, there is a war going on in Israel and Gaza. For this reason, pilgrimage trips to Israel have been suspended.Our monastery in Emmaus Nicopolis, is a Holy Place for Catholics, Orthodox and many Protestant denominations.

We haven't had any pilgrimages here since the start of the war. Because of this, our savings are starting to dwindle. Currently, our resources will allow us to survive until the end of January... We are turning to you during this time of Advent and Christmas, asking for help: financial + prayer.

The last time we asked for such support was during the Covid pandemic. The current situation is much more dramatic. During the Covid period, we were visited by people from Israel and Israeli pilgrimages. During this war, no one visits us. We are counting on support from those who have visited the holy places in Israel or who simply want to support us from a distance.

 Comme vous le savez, il y a la guerre en Israël et à Gaza. Pour cette raison, les pèlerinages en Israël ont été suspendus. Notre monastère d'Emmaüs Nicopolis est un lieu saint pour les catholiques, les orthodoxes et de nombreuses confessions protestantes.

Nous n'avons pas eu de groupes depuis le début de la guerre. De ce fait nos moyens financiers commencent à diminuer. Actuellement, nos ressources nous permettront de survivre jusqu'à fin janvier ou peut être février... Nous nous tournons vers vous en cette période de l'Avent et de Noël pour vous demander de l'aide : financière + prière.

La dernière fois que nous avons demandé un tel soutien, c’était durant la pandémie de Covid. La situation actuelle est bien plus dramatique. Pendant la période Covid, nous avons reçu les visites de personnes locales. Pendant cette guerre aucun groupe ne nous visite. Nous comptons sur le soutien de ceux qui ont visité les lieux saints en Israël ou qui souhaitent simplement nous soutenir à distance.

Jak wiecie trwa właśnie wojna w Izraelu i w Gazie. Z tego to powodu zostały zawieszone wycieczki pielgrzymki do Izraela. Moja placówka, Emaus Nicopolis jest miejscem Świętym dla katolików prawosławnych i wielu denominacji protestanckich. Od wielu tygodni nie zagościła u nas już żadna pielgrzymka. Z tego powodu nasze oszczędności zaczynają się kurczyć. Na dzien dzisiejszy nasze środki pozwolą nam się tu utrzymać do końca stycznia...

Zwracamy się, więc do was w tym okresie zbliżającego się adwentu i Bożego Narodzenia prosząc o pomoc i wsparcie finansowe oraz modlitewne. Ostatni raz prosiliśmy o takie wsparcie kiedy panowała pandemia covidu. Obecna sytuacja jest dużo bardziej dramatyczna. W okresie covidu odwiedzały nas osoby z Izraela a także pielgrzymki izraelskie. W czasie tej wojny nie odwiedza nas nikt. Liczymy, wiec na wsparcie od tych którzy odwiedzili święte miejsca w Izraelu lub którzy chcą po prostu nas wesprzeć na odległość.
