The aim of the 34th Grand Finale of WOŚP is to support children with gastrointestinal diseases.

The 34th Grand Finale will play on 25 January 2026, and online fundraising will be open from 10 December 2025 to 26 January 2026!

Why have we decided to support this area of medicine?

Paediatric gastroenterology in Poland is a specialisation facing numerous challenges – both in diagnosing and treating diseases of the digestive system. The growing number of patients and the need for modern equipment – essential for improving treatment outcomes, especially for those requiring surgical intervention – remain significant issues.

Gastrointestinal diseases in children – such as coeliac disease, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, gastro-oesophageal reflux, and other conditions of the oesophagus and stomach, severe food allergies, pancreatic and liver diseases, as well as functional disorders (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome) – are becoming increasingly common.

Our fundraiser means means real support for around 1.2–1.5 million children suffering from gastroenterological conditions.

In 33 Grand Finales The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity has raised over PLN 2.6 billion. We purchased nearly 81,000 pieces of medical equipment such as CT scanners, incubators, surgery and rehabilitation equipment, medical devices for oncology wards and equipment such as hospital beds and other furniture.
