Hello, my name is João Simões, and today I come with an open heart to share my story and ask for your help.
In recent years, I have been fighting a daily battle against chronic depression, a result of the irreparable loss of my daughter. This immense pain took away my will to live and distanced me from happiness. I constantly fight against this suffering, but unfortunately, I have not been able to face it alone.
I have reached a point where I need professional help to move forward. My main goal is to seek psychological and psychiatric support to treat this pain and, finally, rebuild my life. I want to smile again, find peace, and, above all, have the strength to follow a new path with hope.
