Apraksts
I want to be there for the ordinary moments in my daughters’ lives: to listen, spend time together and watch them grow. Living far apart makes those moments harder to reach. After more than six years of exhausting legal and administrative proceedings, paying for them has become harder too.
I have reached a point where I cannot manage the legal costs, travel and basic living expenses alone. Asking for help is difficult, but I do not want financial hardship to become another barrier between my daughters and me.
Why I need help
For years, I have repeatedly had to defend myself against serious allegations that I believe are unfounded. Some proceedings have taken years before ending without a finding against me. Even when allegations are not substantiated, the costs of responding to them remain: legal representation, hearings, travel and time away from everyday life.
My daughters are still children and live a considerable distance away. A single scheduled weekend visit involves approximately 800 kilometres of travel in total. Behind that distance is something very simple: the chance to spend time together and remain part of each other’s lives.
I am asking for support so I can continue those journeys, maintain legal representation and meet my essential needs while these difficulties continue.
What your support will help cover
- Legal representation and case-related expenses.
- Travel to hearings and required official appointments.
- Travel and practical costs of visits with my daughters.
- Essential living expenses that I can no longer fully cover alongside these costs.
Keeping my daughters’ lives private
To protect my daughters, I will not publish their names, photographs or private case materials. I will share brief, general updates about the fundraiser and how the support is used, without exposing their lives.
Every contribution helps me cover these costs and keep our time together possible. Sharing the fundraiser can help too.
Thank you for helping me keep showing up for my daughters.
