Description

Project objective

The aim of the project is to establish a coffee roastery that supplies coffee to the end consumer with a minimal carbon footprint. During the roasting process itself, emissions amount to approximately0.4–0.8 kg CO2e per kilogram of coffee, depending on the technology used and the energy source. The project aims not only to minimise these emissions but also to introduce sustainable energy solutions that reduce the carbon footprint of the roasting process.
