Ever since he was very young, my son has always been passionate about cooking. At just 5 years old, he was already spending hours in the family kitchen, marvelling at the precise movements and the marriage of flavours. Very quickly, he knew that his life would be dedicated to the demanding and wonderful art of gastronomy.

With unwavering determination, he has carved out a path for himself in France’s finest kitchens. From Le Bristol Paris to the Musée de la Chasse, via the Michelin-starred establishments of Christian Têtedoie and Alexandre Mazzia, he honed his skills alongside the very best. He won the Trophée Masse in 2017, a recognition of his talent and dedication.

Today, after 17 years of hard work, he is ready to open his own fine-dining restaurant, a place that reflects who he is, a place where cuisine blends with respect for the environment . His ambition? To offer an exceptional culinary experience whilst minimising his carbon footprint.
