From an early age, my son has always had a passion for cooking. At just 5 years old, he was already spending hours in the family kitchen, marvelling at the precise gestures and the marriage of flavours. He quickly realised that his life would be dedicated to the demanding and wonderful art of gastronomy.

With unwavering determination, he has worked his way through some of France's finest kitchens. From Bristol Paris to the Musée de la Chasse, via the starred establishments of Christian Têtedoie and Alexandre Mazzia, he has honed his skills with the best. He won the Trophée Masse in 2017, in recognition of his talent and commitment.

Today, after 17 years of hard work, he is ready to create his own gourmet restaurant, a place that reflects his personality, a place where cuisine blends with respect for the environment. His ambition? To offer an exceptional culinary experience while reducing his carbon footprint as much as possible.
