Urgent Request for Assistance: Facing Homelessness Due to Rent Struggles

My name is Gintaras. I'm 46yo and I come from Lithuania, currently living in Poland/Krakow.

I'm facing the very real risk of homelessness due to severe

financial struggles in meeting my rent obligations. Despite my best efforts,

unforeseen circumstances have made it increasingly difficult for me to cover my

rent payments for 5 months, and I'm now at risk of eviction. The landlord is a

very nice person, an angel, and had a lot of patience with me till now. But it can’t

be much longer, and I understand him.

I understand that this is a challenging time for many, but I'm

humbly asking for your help in any way you can offer. Whether it's through

financial assistance, guidance to available resources, or even just moral

support, any form of help would be immensely appreciated.

I want to assure you that I'm actively seeking solutions to

improve my situation, including exploring local assistance programs and seeking

employment opportunities. However, in this critical moment, I'm in desperate

need of immediate support to avoid the dire consequences of homelessness. Also,

I have a 15-year-old cat and she has been with me since she was only 2 weeks

old, she is my love and my life, and I would never abandon her no matter how bad

my situation is. I can't give her to shelters, any adoption, and so on. I know

she won't survive without my love for her. Also, she had heart surgery a year and a half ago, and since then she has been on daily medication treatment, it's not very expensive, but still, not perfect. Right now, I'm extremely stressed, depressed,

and really scared of what could come next, it’s a real agony for me.
