Anna needs help please!

Both knees need replacement with prostheses to enable her to live a life without severe pain.

Anna is mother, grandmother and a farmer in the severe drought ridden South of Namibia. No proper rains has fallen since 2007. She lost almost everything to nature and keeps a few goats to survive off. Losing her husband last year to cancer this situation was the final staw that broke the camel's back.

We want to change this witches circle and give her back her dignity, independence and the will to live. Her family needs her.

Please help to enable the replacement of both knee joints in a specialist hospital in Cape Town. We will provide her with accommodation in South Africa, but need funding for the operation and hospital. Christmas is coming and we should open up your 💕 hearts to help.

We need R 500,000 plus to enable this relieve.

I know the family since 1999 and am neighbor to their farms. I am proud to have them as my friends. Honest, humble and always a helping hand for everybody in need. But with the drought they lost everything which was their life basis.

Now I want to give back what they have given to me and my family.
