Segíts, hogy végig tudjam vinni ezt a hét éve tartó jogi küzdelmet

Hét éve tart egy rendkívül megterhelő családjogi eljárás, amelynek során minden erőmmel azért küzdök, hogy megakadályozzam, hogy a lányomat olyan biológiai apához kényszerítsék, akivel soha nem éltünk együtt, soha nem alkottunk egy családot, és párkapcsolatban sem voltunk. A gyermekvállalás tudatos döntés volt, nem egy megromlott családi kapcsolat következménye.

Ez idő alatt számtalan tárgyalás, szakértői vizsgálat, hivatalos eljárás és ügyvédi munka zajlott. A folyamat nemcsak lelkileg, hanem anyagilag is óriási terhet jelentett számomra.

Az elmúlt hét év során a jogi eljárásokra már több millió forintot kellett fordítanom – olyan pénzt is, amelyet eredetileg a lányom jövőjére tettem félre. Mindezt azért, mert úgy éreztem, nincs fontosabb annál, mint hogy minden tőlem telhetőt megtegyek érte.

Az elsőfokú eljárás lezárult, azonban az ügy még nem ért véget. A magyar jogorvoslati lehetőségeket kimerítettük, ezért a következő lépést már nemzetközi fórumon kell megtennem. Ez további jelentős jogi és eljárási költségekkel jár, amelyeket egyedül egyre nehezebb előteremtenem.

Soha nem gondoltam volna, hogy egyszer segítséget kell kérnem. Mindvégig igyekeztem önerőből helytállni, de hét év után eljutottam arra a pontra, ahol minden támogatás számít.

Az összegyűlt adományokat kizárólag a jogi eljárással kapcsolatos költségekre fordítom: ügyvédi díjakra, szakértői költségekre, bírósági illetékekre és a további eljárások finanszírozására.

For the past seven years, I have been involved in an emotionally and financially exhausting family law case.

Throughout this time, I have fought to protect my daughter from being forced into a relationship with her biological father—a man with whom we have never lived, never been a family, and with whom I was never in a romantic relationship. My decision to have a child was a conscious one; this is not the result of a broken family or a separation.

During these seven years, there have been countless court hearings, expert evaluations, official proceedings, and legal consultations. The emotional burden has been overwhelming, but the financial cost has been just as devastating.

Over the years, I have spent millions of Hungarian forints on legal proceedings—money that I had originally saved for my daughter's future. I made that choice because I believed there was nothing more important than doing everything I could to protect her.

The first-instance proceedings have now concluded, but the case is far from over. We have exhausted all available legal remedies in Hungary, and the next step is to seek justice before an international court. This means significant additional legal expenses that I can no longer manage on my own.

I never imagined I would have to ask others for help. For seven years, I have done everything in my power to carry this burden myself. But I have now reached the point where every contribution truly makes a difference.

Every donation will be used exclusively to cover the costs of the legal proceedings, including attorney's fees, expert reports, court fees, and the expenses of pursuing the next stage of the case.
