These sessions are focused on building your connection to your own body, recognising its basic needs (such as deeper breathing, closing tired eyes, doing some movements, releasing stress, anger, crying, expressing joy or gratitude, noticing how something feels and other similar techniques).


Please note the words "Body Flow" do not mean any possible buzzword or trademark etc., but mean simply a peaceful and awesome state we will aim your body (and soul) to feel during these Sessions. This also means no physical products are meant to be delivered to you upon this offer.

Please also understand that these sessions are not medical, or physiotherapeutic, they are also not professional workouts, bodybuilding sessions, yoga, pilates or other medical or sporty content.


This is a 6x30-minute Session which gives us the most effective time frame to incorporate the bodywork techniques into your long-term daily life and help you get the most from them from now on.


What we can achieve during these 30-minute sessions depends on your current connection with your body and also on which point of your life you are currently in.
