Our camper that we were building for over a year together will all our belongings was stolen in Barcelona. We have recently calculated that Adrian spent almost 1600 hours in that camper to make it perfect. And we have been travelling just for 3 weeks. He could have been working day and night, when it was rainy, when it was snowing, when the temperature was negative. Everything to build our dreams. Our dreams to feel freedom and discover the world on our own terms.

Unfortunately, it has been already 4 months and we haven't received any information about our camper. We didn't have insurance so we didn't get any money after the robbery. After it happened my boyfriend got completely stuck with his life. I'm fighting to get back what was taken from us but also I'm fighting for him. I can't just watch and observe his sadness...Please help me.

In this camper, I was holding the real tool for the first time, we were painting its wooden parts together. Imagine, each, small part was handmade. When we were apparat, we were always talking about the progress of our home and making plans where we gonna travel with it. We were happy with every new part which was built there. Everything was prepared with specific calculations and measurements. I don’t know how many times we went to Castorama. Too many for sure.

It wasn’t only a camper. It was our home with all our belongings. Someone just went inside and they took it despite seeing the bedding, clothes, full fridge and every possible proof that someone lives there. They took everything. I will never understand how someone can be so cruel to another human being.

We can feel anger, we can be disappointed, and we can feel cheated. How come we live in a society where you build something by yourself, invest your time and money and someone else without any right to do it, can take it away from you? We don’t want to think now that there are only bad people. That only bad things can happen. Life was never painted in one colour. We still believe in karma and in good people. We still believe that we can continue our dreams even though it’s never going to be the same.
