Our nervous system, body and mind react sharply to negative emotions, the fast pace of life, bad habits and external influences. We feel particularly unwell in stressful and hectic times. And yet we are all looking for the same thing: Peace, love and lightness in our own bodies, our home.

At a time when yoga and relaxation have become luxury and wellness goods, we want to create a place that is accessible, open, mindful and safe.

For whom? 

For anyone seeking transformation, inspiration and liberation from their own sufferings. We offer classes and activities in three languages: Polish, English and German. It is about creating unity beyond language.

Accessibility, community, empowerment and mindfulness are the elements that hold and shape us. Besides, this place is meant to be more than yoga, we want to create a place where you can be who you really are, where you can educate, share and inspire in the spirit of community, not in the spirit of commercialism.

Why?

All people deserve to grow, heal and transform, regardless of their background, faith or community class.

Because ultimately we are all human. Let's stand together against loneliness, fears, grief, hatred and for greater openness and the lifting of taboos on topics such as depression, mental and physical illness, body shaming and much more.

Who are we?

We are two sisters in spirit, Magdalena and Laura, born and raised in Germany, daughters of immigrant Polish families, we studied linguistics and nutritional science and we are multi-certified yoga and meditation teachers with a mission to make well-being, health and education accessible and to show people what amazing tools our body, our language and mother nature have to offer to create unity between body, mind and spirit. We think that ultimately we all just want to suffer a little less.

How do we want to use the money?

In addition to the basic equipment consisting of yoga mats, bolsters, cushions and blankets specifically for deep relaxation and meditation techniques we would like to use our rooms for free accessible education and further growth, here we need materials such as books, but also the ability to host people of all classes of the community with us. We also need equipment for easy communication, an app to register and attend courses, funds for advertising and marketing expenses and, of course, the costs of running our studio in the initial period until it is rooted.
