I’m Florin. My beloved Jack Russell, named Blechi — pronounced as Blacky because of his glossy dark coat — passed away after 18 wonderful years by my side.

He taught me what loyalty, joy, and unconditional love really mean. After his passing I realized my purpose: to stop people taking advantage of animals and to create a shelter that treats every animal with dignity, transparency, and modern care.

I want to build a shelter that does things differently. To provide medical care, rehabilitation, and adoption services, and also offer a pet‐sitting shelter for owners who travel and want their pets cared for in a loving, monitored environment. Every kennel will have live cameras so donors and owners can watch their animals 24/7. Transparency will be our promise.

Your donation will fund land, construction, veterinary facilities, live‐stream infrastructure, staff training, and the first six months of operations. I will personally oversee the project and ensure every euro is used to maximize animal welfare.
