The Cadmus Foundation is a non-profit organization working for civil society. Its mission is accomplished through training, research, and consultations provided to non-governmental organizations, local authorities, and entrepreneurs.

The Cadmus Foundation carries out projects related to socio-economic development, education, culture, as well as innovative solutions in technology and new media. The foundation also works towards social integration, supports culture and the arts, and backs initiatives undertaken by non-governmental organizations.

The most important projects realized in 2022 are as follows:

• UEPiK.org - a project of a web application enabling simplified income and cost records for non-governmental organizations.

• Take the Pattern - an innovative folk design project from Warmia, Mazury, and Eastern Prussia.

• Course for IT - a project promoting Warmia and Mazury as a place for remote work.

• Educational Eco-Trailer - a series of workshops on renewable energy sources conducted using an adapted camping trailer.

The common thread connecting the wide range of projects of the Cadmus Foundation is technology and innovation, which serves as a tool to address a broad range of social challenges and issues.

In 2023, the Iława County entrusted our foundation with managing the NGO Center in Iława.

The aim of the Non-Governmental Organizations Center is to identify the needs and challenges facing non-governmental organizations in our region and to provide them with support and training that addresses these needs.
