We would like to present the renovation plans for our family home, which will help us create an even more comfortable and modern living space for ourselves and our family. The goal of the renovation is to address current issues and create a comfortable, aesthetic environment.

1. **Kitchen Renovation:** Currently, there is no kitchen furniture in the kitchen area, so we plan to create a modern and practical kitchen. The kitchen is approximately 30 square meters, and we aim for a simple yet modern style.

2. **Resolving Bathroom Issues:** There is mold on the walls in the bathroom, so it is important to ensure proper waterproofing and ventilation of the walls. This will help prevent long-term damage from moisture and potential health issues.

3. **House Insulation and Rainwater Drainage:** For house insulation, we are considering two options: graphite insulation or rock wool insulation. Additionally, we plan to address rainwater drainage with drainage to prevent water leakage and damp walls.

4. **Wall Plastering and Painting:** We intend to renovate the walls with proper plastering and a thin layer of plaster, followed by a coat of white paint. This will give the home a fresh and clean appearance.
