Hello, my name is Anna an it’s gonna be a long story..

I live in Iceland from 2008, I was raised here I am turning 27 years old, in march 2023 I started working as a security guard in refugee camp, I’ve met a really nice guy that has been there as a refugee with 4 of his children, of course most people may thing that a refugee and a security guard are not same people, well most of people thinks like that. We met, we talked and we fall in love, it’s the best thing that could have happened to me, I was going through some personal stuff at that time we have talked whenever we got the chance to, eventually because the manager heard that we are talking together, he said it to upper boss, and I have lost my job because I fall in love with a refugee in a camp, but that did not stop us from talking to each other, I found new job, but then another problems started, my mother couldn’t accept him, I’ve got pregnant and we got married, he had some of his problems as well so he had to give up refugee camp and go to his homeland, were I decided to go with him, we spend there 5 beautiful months where we were constantly together without anyone being against us.

then in January 2024 we came back

to iceland , unfortunately he came back as a refugee seeking help, even thought I had applied for a visa for husband so he could be here with me it’s still in process and has been since December 2023, I gave birth to our beautiful son March 2024, he is living in a refugee camp with his 4 children in a small room like in a prison, I have been seeking help for a social house since October 2023 and still waiting, he has been asking for moving to the same city I am in so he would be able see his son but they refuse all

the time, we took a lawyer to help us, in 5 months lawyer couldn’t do anything. I live with my parents since I am on maternity leave and cannot afford renting at this time, and the house isn’t big enough to fit 5 more persons.

He is a wonderful husband, an amazing father who wants to be with his wife and new born child, but even the country is against us.

So the reason why I am making this fund raiser is so we would be able to be together as a normal family, have a normal life as a family, so children could go to kindergarten and school
