DeliciousbyEvelyn SRL has been established since 2014, the year Evelyn, my little girl, was born. The idea from which we started, was that of a small family business in the field of food preparation and serving.

The years have passed and life's challenges have been numerous, but my dream of creating an honest kitchen, where food both tastes good but also provides a healthy contribution to our bodies, has not been forgotten.

So in 2023, we used all our available savings and started setting up a small bistro, where we would apply the concept that we have developed over so many years and so Why Worry honest food venue was born - a small bistro where the dishes are made using the highest quality ingredients, without additives, without artificial preservatives, without meat or vegetables treated harmful. We aim to cook healthy, with produce from local producers, changing recipes according to the season so that our meals are fresh, healthy and at the same time, really tasty.

With us, homemade food is not just a slogan - it's a commitment. We prepare everything just like home: from fresh fries (never frozen) and mashed potatoes made from the same real potatoes, to freshly made sauces with natural ingredients, to carefully chosen roasts for an exquisite culinary experience. In our kitchen you won't find flavour enhancers, sodium monoglutamate or other harmful additives. We believe in the power of simple and authentic ingredients harmoniously combined and in addition to the many other dishes that we will be preparing regularly, our menu will not be lacking:

● Gourmet sandwiches inspired by famous international recipes, made with artisan panuozzo.

● Tender and juicy steaks prepared both in the oven and on the grill

● Homemade sauces (also available for sale)

● Breakfast all day - because breakfast shouldn't have a time limit, and we are absolute fans of eggs Benedict

● Farm to table products - we work directly with local farmers and producers, and despite today's logistical challenges, we are committed to bringing only fresh, authentic ingredients to your table

How we got here:

Since founding the brand in September 2023, we have invested everything we have into this vision. We've been through a challenging journey: from finding the perfect name and realising the logo, to setting up the space and building the team.

However, as we have the dept to change our minds, our associate and partner with whom we started on this journey, decided to no longer participate in this project, so we had to find financial solutions to compensate for his withdrawal, which is the reason for presenting our project on this platform and exposing my story to you.

After a year and a half and an investment of about 28.000 euro (and many unforeseen things) we were left with about 2 weeks of work and 8500 euro to realise the opening of the bistro as we had planned. So, to turn Why Worry into a culinary destination not to be missed, we need your support! The amount we are aiming for is a crucial part of our budget, which will be invested in paying the rent, utilities, stock of merchandise and wages, with the venue 90% ready and ready for guests.
