Hi all,

I have moved abroad to focus on my mental health.

Throughout that time, I've struggled with massive depression l and anxiety.

I've decided to seek help and signed up for group therapy for people suffering with mental illness. It was my last straw, I put all my hope in this.

Unfortunately, I cannot work while attending therapy as it is that intensive.

I cannot afford costs of living. I got a symbolic amount of money as a rehabilitation payment to pay my rent. Now, they refuse to pay me as they claim, I am totally well.

Im struggling.

Please help ❤️
