Helping a friend who had a kidney transplant last year. Now he ran out of money as he couldn't work. After starting a new job he dropped unconscious and his kidney needed to be restitched. As he got no relatives but 2 kids they contacted me. The kids do not have a mom and a loyal Nanny takes care of them He's in a coma right now and desperatly needs treatment!
