Description
I am a former restaurateur. Given the success of the restaurant in the first two years, I decided to rent an adjoining space and expand the room by investing all my savings and obtaining financing from banks.
10 days later, the pandemic broke out and within two years, as I could no longer keep up with the expenses, I closed the business due to Covid 19 with all the attendant problems.
I would like to undertake this work project to be able to bring one of Puglia's best-loved products, bombette and caciocavallo impiccato, to the Italian piazzas.
The collection was created only for the creation of the stand as part of the equipment needed to be able to operate is already in my possession.
