We're Nayara and Bernardo, Choco's parents. We've come here to ask for help for our four-legged son, Choco. He's a little dog full of love and energy, but for the last few days he's been suffering from persistent pain when he walks. After a visit to the vet, we discovered that Choco has a severe patellar luxation with rotation of the femur, a painful condition that affects his locomotion and quality of life.

This condition, probably of genetic origin, is causing him to feel a lot of pain and walk with difficulty. Treatment involves examinations, ongoing medication and possibly corrective surgery, which has a high cost - far beyond what we can afford on our own at the moment, running at around 4,500 euros.

Choco is part of our family and I just want to see him well, running and playing as he always has. That's why I'm setting up this fundraiser for anyone who can contribute any amount. All help is welcome - even if it's just by sharing this campaign.

Any contribution would help a lot because, as you can see, the cost of restoring a good quality of life is unfortunately very expensive
