For me, writing is not a hobby, but an inner necessity. For some time now, I’ve been preoccupied with a story that I couldn’t put off telling; I simply had to write it.

That is how the manuscript of my first novel came into being: titled The Future Past.

This book is a romantic story, but not in the usual sense. It is about the depth of emotions, bonds that stand the test of time, and the fragility of human relationships. It is about a world where the events and decisions of the past continue to influence the present, even decades later.

In today’s world – it seems – men write few romantic stories. For me, this is precisely why presenting this story was a special challenge and a difficult task. I had to express emotions from a man’s perspective in such a way that they would speak to and touch today’s readers.

In the past, people often chose a partner for life. There were loves that did not fade with time, but simply lived on quietly in someone’s heart. There were feelings that someone carried throughout their entire life, even if life swept them in a different direction or had a different fate in store for them.

The Coming Past is about these eternal feelings.

The story shows that love is not always loud and spectacular. Sometimes it is quiet. Sometimes it is painful. And sometimes it stays with you for a lifetime.

I believe that romance is not a superficial genre. On the contrary: it is one of the most sincere and complex forms in which the human soul reveals itself.

The manuscript is currently in progress, but the professional publication of a book involves significant costs:

• editing 

• proofreading 

• typesetting 

• cover design 

• printing costs 

• marketing and distribution

That is why I am launching this fundraising campaign.

My aim is to ensure this story doesn’t remain in a drawer. I would like my story to become a real book and reach readers who believe in sincere emotions and timeless stories.
