Chtěla bych se kvalifikovat na profesi strojvedoucí prostřednictvím objednání vlastního kurzu u společnosti DVI (dceřinná společnost ČD).

Profese je to podle mě zajímavá a smysluplná, přemýšlím o ní už dlouho.

Nevadí mi její náročnost, pokud ji člověk shledává atraktivní a nastaví si správnou work life balance, nebude z ní utíkat. Vím o čem práce je, byla mi představena strojvedoucími z oblasti nákladů i osobní přepravy, stejně tak jsem měla možnost nahlédnout do výukových materiálů a skript. Teoretickému základu se chci věnovat o něco delší dobu, cca o pár týdnů navíc, ne tak jako u dopravní firmy – jít po školení hned na zkoušky. Je to z důvodu zájmu, pečlivosti i obyčejné jistoty, že se věc podaří.

Je pro mě také smysluplnější nechat si peníze náborovým příspěvkem pro lidi již s licencí nastupující do firmy vrátit, než riskovat jejich ztrátu děláním licence u dopravce a bez náborového bonusu. V případě pěkného náborového příspěvku vybrané peníze po domluvě na [email protected] zčásti vrátím.

Peníze jsou třeba na zdravotní vyšetření, psychologické vyšetření, kurz, ubytování a zkoušky na drážním úřadě.

Dohromady se může částka vyšplhat cca na 100 tisíc. Ve screenech jsou vyfocené rozepsané ceny kurzu, vyšetření a ubytování. Cena zkoušek je pouze 500 korun…

V případě úspěšného výběru peněz a získání licence tím dostanu možnost mít zaměstnání, které pro mě není toxické a bez smyslu jako v běžném korporátu (člověk může mít i štěstí na dobré firmy, ale já se teď rozhodla zvolit si spíše nějaký směr a jednotné zaměření), dovolí mi skrze dobře placenou práci realizovat další své plány (studium, uplatnit zájem o přírodní vědy, ekologii a welfare), být také aktivním člověkem, který má nebo podpoří hezký projekt.

Komu pomůžeme?

Je mi třicet jedna let, mezi moje zájmy dlouhodobě železnice a doprava patří, stejně tak cestování, příroda, zvířata a můj vlastní zvěřinec. Pracovala jsem na různých pozicích v různých sektorech, sedavé práce na jednom místě u jednoho počítače bych vyjma nějaké vědecké a překladatelské činnosti dělat už nechtěla. Posledně jsem pracovala jako průvodčí, což pro mě bylo velmi zajímavé a cítila jsem se v oboru dobře. Stát se strojvedoucí bylo mým úmyslem dlouho, ale v nestabilním vztahu a stále se měnících podmínkách jsem tuto záležitost nezrealizovala. Mým cílem je jezdit pro SBB či OEBB, což by chtělo ještě zapracovat o jeden level na francouzštině a výrazně na němčině, nicméně primárně pro vyježdení je plán pracovat pro českého dopravce.

Při nástupu na pozici vlakvedoucí mi údajně dle zpětné vazby po dopravně psychologickém vyšetření vyšel pěkný výsledek na pozici strojvedoucí, například jsem měla část testující rozumové schopnosti bez chyby.

Na co konkrétně budou peníze z této sbírky použity?

Peníze budou použity na úhradu ceny kurzu DVI, cenu zkoušek na drážním úřadě, ubytování v České Třebové (běžně i to hradí České dráhy), lékařská a psych. vyšetření u společnosti AGEL a dopravního psychologa, viz vyčíslení z jara tohoto roku v obrázcích.

Pokud se vybere více, budou peníze použity na překlenutí možného náročného období při základní mzdě (pokud nebude náborový příspěvek ihned ale až s nějakým zpožděním, případně bude pro nováčka velmi malý, ale to nepředpokládám).
