Hello, my name is Adam i am a 36years old , all the time i was trying to help others as i could , including grandparents and even strangers, due to my overworking i got diagnosed with a problem at my Belly, so i went for surgery necessary to get back somehow in to a "normal" way of living, even that time I've spend more than 4 months at home not able to do anything,where all the problems started,i said to myself (you can do it somehow even when it looks like getting to be broke)

Was it really hard for me especially mentally, i am active person but due to that i was not able to move for first month after that first surgery.

I did managed somehow to get by even thou i was really broke after that.

When i got back at work ,where i was able to work just two weeks and then i got diagnosed after huge pain with need to get second surgery, allready i am just sitting at home getting more broken especially mentally, on 8.3.2024 i will go under the knife again and it's deeply hard for me to even think straight. So I'm asking "trying to" for help in this hard part of my life.

One of the things which is sitting on my mind is that some guy raised more than one milion dollars just to be able buy a beer. I do not drink, and not doing any drugs, so i hope that maybe I've collected enough good karma trough my life to be able to get some help from random people.

All amount will be used to treatment and getting out of financial problems I've got into due to this health issues.
