Five years ago, everything was turned upside down overnight. A herniated disc in my lower back destroyed our everyday life and most hopes and dreams for the future.

After 3 unsuccessful surgeries, I have taken early retirement at the age of 40 and live with severe and persistent complex chronic nerve pain.

Going from being a super cool football and motocross mum to being in constant pain and tired is a nightmare I would not wish on even my worst enemy.

My now 7-year-old son has been along for the ride and has been the coolest and best boy all the way and deserves so much that we now get to establish a new and pleasant everyday life, organised according to what we can and what we have, without being burdened by decline and resistance!

I am looking for help to "close the financial holes" that have been inevitable when everyday life and earnings suddenly change drastically; it is my biggest dream and it would mean so much to be able to start our new everyday life without small, yet unmanageable financial hang-ups - the hope is that instead, we can perhaps start creating new, though slightly smaller plans and dreams ...
