Description

I need your support!

My story began more than three years ago with severe stomach pain. I visited a doctor, but after examinations, they found nothing serious. They prescribed me medication and sent me home. However, the pain intensified, as did the doses of medication. The pain became so unbearable that it was difficult to move, but I continued to go to work because the doctors insisted there was no reason for concern.

This continued until February 11, 2023, when I barely managed to reach the hospital. A life-saving 7-hour surgery followed. It turned out that I had an abscess on internal organs, peritonitis, and diverticulitis. A blood transfusion was necessary, and then a fight for my life ensued, which included 5 days in a coma.

In the second month after the surgery, I managed to get back on my feet, and in the following two months, I had to relearn some basic things since part of my organs had been removed. By the fifth month, the doctors declared that there was no longer any danger, and I decided to end my medical leave to return to work. The reason was that my income had been cut in half, and I trusted the doctors despite everything.

Two months later, the pain and problems returned. I was again visiting the same doctors, who claimed that everything was fine. But a new abscess followed. This time, I decided to mortgage my home and seek help in private hospitals and abroad. Unfortunately, my condition became critical again.

After yet another surgery – with an incision from top to bottom, 78 stitches on my abdomen – they removed my colon, parts of my liver, uterus, and ovaries. The biopsy showed the presence of 17 to 19 abscesses. Despite everything, I worked and took care of my two wonderful children.

I cannot describe what they went through – it’s too painful for me and there seems to be no end. But the real nightmare began after the last surgery. There is no organ that does not have a serious illness. I take piles of medication, but the most important are the biological injections, which are extremely expensive. They help me regulate insulin, which otherwise is not absorbed and causes new abscesses. Unfortunately, the cost of these medications exceeds my income, and I have been on medical leave since February 2024.

If anyone can and wants to help, I will be endlessly grateful!

Stay healthy!
