Save the unique European invention star - SAULE - from Chinese hostile takeover and make it work for the safety of Europe and Ukraine!

SAULE, the recognised pioneer and leading manufacturer of perovskite photonic power panels, has illegally been taken under control by Polish nationals Piotr Kurczewski of DC24 ASI and Dawid Zieliński of Columbus Energy, whose interest is to sell SAULE to Chinese capital.

Since May 2025, Olga Malinkiewicz, the inventor and founder of SAULE, has engaged all of her time and all of her savings in a battle against this hostile takeover.

“My opponents have unsuccessfully attempted to discredit SAULE through a massive negative media campaign, and now they have escalated their efforts by launching legal actions against me concerning my invention.

The legal struggle over SAULE's intellectual property is now extending beyond Poland to the EU, the US, Japan, and even China, and I am running out of financial resources to sustain this fight,” says Olga Malinkiewicz, the recipient of the 2024 European Inventor Award.

SAULE is proud to have a patented and validated technology, a TÜV Rheinland-certified (PV60173774) ready-to-scale production process with its products successfully tested by the leading global corporations like Panasonic, Sharp, Amazon, and Skanska as well as on the very first line of battlefield in Ukraine.

THE CAMPAIGN GOAL

The aim of this Campaign is to raise up to EUR 4 million to cover legal expenses of Olga’s battle for SAULE in 5 jurisdictions – Poland, European Union, United States, Japan, and China.

HOW DONATIONS WILL BE SPENT

100%* of donations will be spent on legal and operational expenses associated with saving SAULE.

* subject to 20% of Gift Tax and 35% of VAT, CIT, PIT, SSC and various federal/state/municipal/local taxes in respective operational jurisdictions.

55% of the amount donated will return to you in a form of public services like healthcare, education, infrastructure, defence - your donations will serve the good cause twice!

The Campaign will last until Olga reclaims control over SAULE or until further notice.
