My name is Giannis Saniotis, I’m a director, and I’m very close to realising one of my dreams: the innovative online production “LEVEL UP your career”, which focuses on education, modern professions and labour market trends.

The programme will be aimed at young people seeking reliable information about their studies and career paths, as well as at parents who wish to guide them effectively.

"LEVEL UP" is a programme that combines training, counselling and guidance with the aim of helping young people understand the world of work, discover their skills and develop their professional profile.

Each episode will focus on specific topics such as the pursuit of knowledge, the presentation of professions, career management, personal development, job-seeking strategies, as well as the trends dominating the labour market of today and tomorrow.

The mission of the "LEVEL UP" programme is to offer young people not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical tools that will enable them to excel in their professional lives.

Through interviews with experts, real-life examples and advice from industry professionals, "LEVEL UP" aims to become the most useful guide to building a successful career.

The programme aims to inform and inspire the audience about future career opportunities, examining the professions that will dominate and how technology, innovation and education will change the world of work.

It is designed so that each episode stands alone, offering viewers valuable insights into academic disciplines, their impact on the labour market, and the range of essential skills required in each case, as well as any new professions emerging in Europe and the rest of the world.
