🐴 THE FIGHT FOR A BETTER LIFE FOR A MARE AND HER SICK ONE-YEAR-OLD FOAL ❤️

Hello to all animal lovers. We’ve decided to try our luck and ask for your help. We’ve taken a mother mare and her young filly into our care after rescuing them from very unsuitable and neglected conditions.

I took the younger of the two under my wing when she was just 6 months old. Unfortunately, due to severe neglect by her original owner, she has been battling a serious health problem since birth. Both mares are heavily infested with roundworms (worms that eat away at them from the inside). Whilst the older mare is coping slightly better, the young one-year-old filly is fighting with her last ounce of strength. Her little body is still weak and she cannot fight off the parasites on her own.

We already have a plot of land for them, but at the moment we are fighting a financially demanding battle for their health. Our main aim is to get them back to full health, provide medication and veterinary care, and build a stable for them where they will finally find the safety and comfort they long for. However, due to an unexpected change in our circumstances, we cannot manage this financially on our own. But under no circumstances do we want to give them up!
