My name is Angelos and I’m struggling with a condition that has changed my life: alopecia.
I am 16 years old and have been battling alopecia since I was very young. As time goes by, the situation is getting worse; new patches are starting to fall out and nothing I have tried is working. In my daily life, I constantly wear hats and caps to cover it up, but this is destroying my self-confidence, filling me with anxiety and consequently damaging my mental health. So, I’ve recently found a treatment that promises to restore all my lost hair. The problem with this treatment, however, is that it is quite expensive, at least for my family’s means. That is why I am running this fundraiser, so that I can raise the money and manage to undergo the treatment.
