Description
My aim is to raise enough money to open a restaurant, shop and bar-tobacconist’s. I need €90,000 to buy everything; I need around €20,000 for the refurbishment and furniture; and I need another €20,000 or so to cover the cost of stock for the shop, bar and tobacconist’s, just to keep costs down.

My name is Jakub Ziegler, I’m 22 years old, I was born in the Czech Republic but have always lived in Italy as my mother is Italian. I’d like to set up the business with my girlfriend, who is 21, and her mum, who would like to take on a share of the shop.
