Here, In a world full of noise, stress and hectic, a place of silence is to be created. A place where you get the feeling that time has stood still. A place that stands out for its special silence. You can hear nature. Birds sing, insects buzz, the wind blows lightly through your hair. You can see the cloud game on the horizon. The view goes far over the field, where the grain sways slightly in the wind. What's so special? The butterflies! There are a wide variety of species of butterflies here, which eagerly fly from flower to flower.

Leave the daily grind behind. Start the day with a cup of coffee/tea in the sun. Relax the day, visit places or unwind in the sauna. Welcome the evening with a campfire or enjoy a glass of wine by the crackling fireplace. No one is calling for haste! Just be in the here and now.

This is the perfect place of silence. No tourism. The place is to be built right in the heart of Estonia, for people who want to be far away from stress. Far away from other people. In the village 11km next there are small shops for daily life. Even there are few people. Tartu, Tallinn or the Baltic Sea are an hour's drive away. In the surrounding area there is still healthy nature, such as swamps, springs whose water can be drunk. Hiking through the forests, where you can still encounter nature originally. If you are lucky, you can even watch foxes from the terrace, but also moose.

The house needs to be completely renovated. The basic structure is still well preserved. The old interior plaster must be renewed, the old wooden floorboards can be restored and preserved. The old Cooking oven needs to be renewed, as well as the electrics and water supply. The roof is leaking and needs to be completely renewed, the attic is to be expanded.

The small barn has to be demolished and the House of Silence is to be built there. A house for my guests with special, yet simple demands.

Estonian culture has a lot to offer. In summer, many folk festivals take place.

Museums are scattered throughout the country. What is striking is that there are hardly any people on the streets, no traffic jams and in winter the night is absolutely dark. No light pollution far and wide! The Milky Way shines very clearly in the night sky.
