I find myself in a difficult situation and am hoping for your support.

I bought two cars - a Mercedes and a BMW. The Mercedes was sold to me as a luxury car, but it later turned out to be a crashed car from the USA. I have been desperately trying to sell the car for two years - unfortunately without success.

The same mechanic bungled the BMW and overcharged me.

As if that wasn't enough, both vehicles have suffered paint damage in this mechanic's workshop, which also needs to be repaired.

I have called in a lawyer and will probably now have to go to court - not only to get my own money back, but also to make sure that this fraudster doesn't harm any more people.

The legal fees and court costs amount to a large sum that I can't afford on my own.
