Hello everyone,
I am in a difficult situation and hope for your support.
I bought two cars – a Mercedes and a BMW. The Mercedes was sold to me as a luxury car, but it later turned out to be a car that had been in an accident in the USA. I have been trying desperately to sell the car for two years – unfortunately without success.
The same mechanic botched the job on the BMW and charged me an exorbitant amount.
As if that weren't enough, both vehicles suffered paint damage in this mechanic's garage, which also needs to be repaired.
I have hired a solicitor and will probably have to go to court – not only to get my own money back, but also to ensure that this fraudster does not harm any more people.
The legal and court costs amount to a large sum that I cannot afford on my own.
