My name is Ania and I am on the autism spectrum. I currently have no one to turn to. My father recently died (my mother has been dead for 3 years) and left me and my sister with debts. My sister is mentally disabled, so now I am responsible for her.

Because of my autism, I have a huge problem finding and keeping a job. Intellectually, everything is fine, I am even above average, but my behavior is slightly different from that of a neurotypical person (without autism) and because of that I am in a losing position during job interviews: "HR ladies" think very schematically and interpret my differences to my disadvantage. Every job I manage to find is far below my abilities and I always fall victim to mobbing. Usually from my superiors, but in my last job I was harassed by my co-workers. I paid for it with depression and the need to seek help from a psychiatrist.

I am also not fully physically fit, I have a severe autoimmune disease - if it weren't for that, I would take a job in production, for example, but unfortunately I cannot stand while working.

My dream is to complete a degree in psychology and specialize in helping people like me: autistic people who encounter only obstacles in life. I have a higher education, but it is completely useless on the job market.

Currently, I want to pay off the debts left by my father and have the means not only to take care of my sister, but also to complete some training or postgraduate studies that will allow me to increase my qualifications and earn slightly more than the minimum wage. Completing a degree in psychology is the next step and I want to achieve it on my own.
