I would like to ask for help. I had an accident and was in the hospital for 3 months. My business partner ran the company until then. The problem was that he didn't pay the bills and the papers. By the time I recovered enough to be able to go to the company, it was a big problem and my business partner had a lot of debt. He disappeared with the money and can't be found. I still have to go to physical therapy for 6 months, and until then I can't fully concentrate on work. I still can't solve it. I'm the manager of the company so the debt is mine. The authorities think so. I was in a life-and-death situation. Until then, someone else ran the company, but with inadequate understanding.
