Dear friends,

I turn to you in a time of great need and desperation. My family, along with many others in Lebanon, is facing an unbearable reality. Their homes have been destroyed, and they now face the threat of losing the little security they have left. My grandmother, who is 74 years old, is one of those now at risk of being thrown out on the streets, simply because someone else can pay a higher rent.

We live in a world where no one should have to go through this, no one should be forced to choose between safety and survival. My duty as a human, a friend, and a grandchild is to do everything I can to help these families, and that is why I have started a fundraiser to give them a chance to live safely, without the fear of becoming homeless due to financial struggles.

I ask you, from the bottom of my heart, to consider contributing. Whether it’s a small amount or simply sharing this message, every act of kindness can make a difference. People like us, with the same dreams, hopes, and fears, do not deserve to be treated this way. Our mothers, our fathers, our children, they are not just numbers, they are human beings who are suffering.
