Hello,

my name is Petra; I’m a psychology student and a certified ADHD coach. I’m the founder of the ADHD Club project.

The ADHD Club is a project that arose from the need for high-quality content, tools and support in the field of ADHD. In Slovenia, adults with ADHD or suspected ADHD still find it difficult to find high-quality information, support and practical aids all in one place. The project is currently still under development. Driven by a desire to create something useful, I first developed handmade sensory aids to help calm the mind and promote self-regulation. The response from people surprised me and confirmed that there is indeed a lack of such products and resources in Slovenia.

The next step is to establish an organisation and develop a comprehensive platform that will bring together specialist content, workshops, training courses, digital resources and tools for individuals with ADHD.

It is estimated that around 4 per cent of adults have ADHD. For many, this means not only difficulties with concentration, but also daily challenges in organising their lives, paying bills, maintaining their home, managing relationships, work, study and self-care.

The organisation will also be aimed at people in education, with the aim of raising awareness of ADHD and offering helpful strategies. To get this project off the ground, I need a bit of help.

The funds raised will be used for:

• setting up the organisation,
• developing an online platform,
• the development of new products and digital resources,
• organising workshops and talks.
