Who we are

We are a gluten-free bakery – a family project dedicated to producing fresh, safe and affordable baked goods for people with coeliac disease and anyone looking for a better gluten-free alternative.

Why we do it

Every day, millions of Europeans watch others break bread carefree, while they themselves have to limit their shared mealtimes. We want no one to be excluded from the table.

Our goal

1. To build a modern, high-capacity gluten-free bakery that can supply the entire continent.
2. To build our own network of shops and partner counters in major European cities so that high-quality gluten-free baked goods are always within reach.

What we will use your contribution for
