Who we are

We are a gluten-free bakery - a family-run project from the ground up dedicated to making fresh, safe and affordable baked goods for people with celiac disease and anyone looking for a better gluten-free alternative.

Why we do it

Every day, millions of Europeans watch others carelessly breaking bread, but they themselves have to limit their time together at mealtimes. We want no one to be excluded from the communal table.

Our goal

1. To build a modern, large-capacity gluten-free bakery that can supply an entire continent.
2. To build our own network of stores and partner counters in major European cities so that quality gluten-free baked goods are always within reach.
