Request for Funds to Support Victims of the Unlawful Actions of ‘Verslo taškas ir ko’, MB

With this appeal, we wish to draw your attention to the difficult situation faced by individuals, including myself – Modestas Juška Grušas – personally. I have been a victim of the fraudulent actions of “Verslo taškas ir ko”, MB, which have left me and others with false debts and significant financial difficulties. Because of this deception, I have had to make commitments to other individuals and companies, and I am currently facing serious life difficulties due to a lack of funds.

The company ‘Verslo taškas ir ko’, MB, together with its managers, engaged in illegal activities – it fraudulently provided loans, creating false debts and forcing borrowers to pay the same sum of money several times over. We were deceived by this fraud, but we – the victims – now have the opportunity to recover the money taken dishonestly and ensure justice is done.

What will the funds raised be used for?

The funds raised will be used to provide legal assistance to the victims, including myself:

• Legal services – consultations with solicitors and lawyers, case preparation, and representation in court.
• Gathering evidence – expert services to help identify fraudulent loans, false debts and other unlawful actions.
• Legal costs – preparation of documents, court and other institutional fees required to recover unlawfully taken money.

Victims currently lack sufficient resources for legal assistance, so your support is essential to ensure that we can take the opportunity to defend ourselves and recover what was taken by deception.

Why is your support important?

Many people have been affected by the company’s unlawful actions – both ordinary citizens and owners of small family businesses. Because of these fraudulent loans and false debts, people have found themselves in financial crisis, and I, Modestas Juška Grušas, am among them. Because of this fraud, I too am now in debt to other individuals and companies, which is making my life very difficult.
