Request for Support for Fundraising for Victims of Unlawful Actions of Verslo taškas ir ko, MB

This appeal is to draw your attention to the difficult situation faced by individuals, including myself, Modestas Juška Gruša, personally. I am a victim of fraudulent actions by Verslo taškas ir ko, MB, which have left me and other individuals with false debts and severe financial difficulties. As a result of this deception, I have also had to commit myself to other individuals and companies, and I am currently facing serious difficulties in my life due to lack of money.

The company "Verslo taškas ir ko", MB, together with its directors, has engaged in the illegal activity of fraudulently granting loans by creating fake debts and forcing debtors to pay the same amount of money several times. As a result of this deception, we have been defrauded and we, the victims, now have the opportunity to recover the money we have been fraudulently taken and to obtain justice.

What will the collected funds be used for?

The money raised will be used for legal aid for victims, including me:

• Legal services - advice from lawyers and paralegals, case preparation, representation in court.
• Evidence gathering - expert services to help identify fraudulent loans, fake debts and other illegal activities.
• Legal costs - preparation of documents, court and other institutional fees needed to recover money taken illegally.

Victims currently do not have sufficient resources for legal aid, so your support is essential to ensure that we are able to seize the opportunity to defend ourselves and recover what has been taken fraudulently.

Why is your support important?

Many people have suffered as a result of the company's unlawful actions - both ordinary citizens and owners of small family businesses. These fraudulent loans and fake debts have left people in financial crisis, including me, Modestas Juška Grušas. As a result of this deception, I too have been left in debt to other individuals and companies, which is making my life very difficult.
