My name is Bozhena Tosheva – a vocal coach, singer and songwriter who has dedicated her life to Bulgarian folk music and its contemporary revival. With a long-standing career as a performer and teacher of folk singing, I believe that our musical tradition has the power to heal, inspire and bring hearts together.

Today I am sharing with you a dream that has already begun to come true: I have created an original folk song, entitled ‘The Horo Swirls’, with my own music and lyrics. Accompanied by a guitar arrangement by the talented musicians Angel Demirev and Pepi Milanov, it blends our folk essence with a fresh sound and a contemporary feel.
