Description
András holds a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which allows him to receive medically necessary treatment in the Netherlands under the same conditions as local citizens. However, the EHIC does not cover the cost of medical repatriation—bringing him home to Hungary.
Although he can receive treatment abroad with reduced costs, the expenses of transporting him back home in a medically safe condition must be paid out-of-pocket. These costs can be extremely high, often amounting to hundreds of thousands of forints or more.
We are therefore kindly asking for your help. Your donation will go directly toward bringing András home safely to continue his recovery with the support of his family and familiar surroundings.
