We are Apteczka na Szlaku, a Polish organization creating innovative first aid points on hiking trails and tourist paths. Our mission is to increase the safety of hikers by providing access to professionally equipped, stainless steel smart first aid kits, available to everyone 24/7, for free.

We also invite other countries to join our initiative and help expand this safety network across Central Europe and beyond – even to the Himalayas! If partners and enthusiasts are willing, we are ready to prepare our kits for the most demanding trails in the world.

Why is this important?

Every year, many accidents happen in the mountains – sprains, fractures, dehydration, or tick bites. Reaction time is critical. With our first aid kits:

What makes our kits special?

These are not ordinary boxes with bandages. These are stainless steel smart first aid kits using cutting-edge technology:

Our experience and expansion plans

In Poland, we have already installed over 120 first aid points, and now we are introducing our new smart kits. We are ready for new challenges – even preparing kits for Himalayan trails, if partners and enthusiasts join us in this unique project.

What are we raising funds for?

Collected funds will be used to:

1. Purchase microcomputers with hubs, the core of our smart kits.
2. Expand the DigiMesh network to create a mountain safety network.
3. Equip the kits with professional first aid supplies.
4. Install the first kits in Poland and neighboring countries in all accessible mountain regions.
5. Maintain and develop our custom app and wireless management system for remote monitoring.
