Short summary of the business plan

• The purpose of the business plan is to open a car and commercial vehicle repair service with modern technologies. To provide residents and guests of the Marbella (Spain) region with high-quality after-warranty car service.

• The Marbella region is a recognized resort among business people who have purchased real estate and are considered permanent residents.

• The idea of the project came from observing the service offer of car service centers. It was concluded that high quality is offered only by authorized dealer services, which mostly service warranty cars. But there are practically no alternative car services capable of providing high quality service.

• The implementers of the project are two people related to the operation of the car service, who have experience in managing car services and also car body services for more than 30 years.

• The aim of the project is to provide equivalent service quality as offered by dealer services, but at the cost of alternative service services.

• The cost of the project is 250,000 EUR.

Project implementation outline

• For the implementation of the project, it is necessary to rent commercial premises with an area of 500-1000m2, in well-known commercial areas of Marbella with easy access. We have previously identified rental options in the best locations. All premises owners require a security deposit of 2-6 months' rent for the premises and, in addition, a guarantee of rent payments in the form of a bank guarantee or a deposit of 6 months' rent. As such, up to 12 months' rent deposit may be frozen. The rent for such premises is 3500-7500 EUR/month.

• Technological equipment is planned to be purchased from the initial investment of the founders.

• In the initial stage of the project, experienced workforce (masters) will be used from Latvia. For this reason, the apartment will be rented.

• The project implementation time is 3 months, which is required for the process of renting the premises, obtaining a license and technologically equipping the premises for the start of the service operation.
