Description

On 26 January, Hanna will turn 9. She is a little girl who spends every day fighting, and for whom each new day brings fresh hope. Hanna has a physical disability, which not only makes her daily life difficult, but also makes it hard for her to achieve the dreams and goals that other children can easily attain. But Hanna is a special little girl. Although movement, independence and everyday activities present a challenge for her, she does not give up. Every single step she takes, every single victory, reminds us just how fallible and fragile we are. And just how much a lack of motor function can make everyday life difficult. Unfortunately, we do not receive any support for her therapy or Hanna’s medication. That is why we would like to ask for your help at ❤.

We are a simple family looking for ways to improve our child’s condition.

We face many obstacles and difficulties in certain areas; with the three diagnoses (multiple strokes, CP, epilepsy), we always have to adapt to the situation, but for the most part we’re holding our own because, well, everything comes down to money… OK, sometimes we give up a little, but just a tiny bit… then I realise I can’t do that, not for Hanna’s sake…

That is why I am now turning to you for help. Please help us raise part of the sum needed for Hanna’s therapy, so that for at least a few months we don’t have to worry about whether Hanna will be able to attend her sessions. The full year’s cost is 4.4 million forints. Unfortunately, NEAK does not support Hanna’s therapy; there is no state assistance whatsoever, neither for her medication nor for operations abroad.

If we all pull together, perhaps we can make it happen too... We are grateful for every little bit of help, every single forint.
