Description
Hi, my name is Greta and I’m the human mum of Brenda, a one-year-and-seven-month-old female Cane Corso who was adopted and rescued from a situation of domestic abuse.
On Monday, Brenda was very unwell, so I rushed her to the vet’s clinic where, following various tests—including an abdominal ultrasound, chest X-ray and blood tests—a 15 x 15 cm tumour was discovered, causing abdominal haemorrhaging. Her spleen was completely removed, along with 6 litres of peritoneal fluid and other affected organs. She is currently hospitalised, but the costs of her stay, medication and the operation are extremely high – 2,500 euros. I have a low ISEE and I am on my own, but I would do anything to save her.
I am also asking for a small contribution to help Brenda and me cover some of the costs, at least to pay the deposit to the clinic. Thank you for reading our story
