I am starting this fundraiser not only for me, but for all the fathers and mothers I will fight for. For four years I have been going through a court system that is extremely unfair and rules totally against my child. There are reports from nurseries that my son is doing well in my care. When my son was 6 months old, my mother moved him 350 km away from Prague and prevented me and my family from seeing my son. There is evidence of all this in the court file. The judge is happy to ignore and has ignored this. I am now working with the fathers union to help me. I also work with the ombudsman and directly with a senator. The ombudsman's lawyers have gone through the entire file and just in the first year that the judge had it here in Prague so there were at least 13 errors (just in the first year) All the institutions are relying on the fact that I am already completely wrung out of money and that I have no way to defend myself and they are brushing everything off the table saying that I should complain elsewhere and about the delays. I am taking further steps to ensure that this judge, the appeals judge and the expert witnesses can no longer do such evil to any children or parents. I must therefore ask you in this form to make a financial contribution as this judge has not only been given to me but also to my friend who has not seen his daughter since last May. This judge should not be competent at all to decide the future and life of children when he is not able to decide impartially and most importantly for the benefit of the child. What I am asking you to do is to donate any amount and help me in this fight against the evil judges who are destroying the lives of our children. I actively want to get involved in politics to fix this whole rotten corrupt and broken system of family law and family courts. I will do this not only for the fathers but also for the mothers I am currently helping. I am also handling some cases myself and trying to help people to take the right steps so that they can defend themselves and their children. For example, I am currently handling a case where there is also evidence that the father is bullying and abusing his daughter and the judge is helping on top of that. Once again, I ask you to donate to this cause which is primarily for the purpose of securing a better future for our children. But unfortunately, I can't do it without your help. I will be filing a Constitutional lawsuit against all of these people, but I can't do it without a good lawyer and without your help. Thank you very much.
