Description
Lélekút is a self-awareness and emotional development programme that helps children and young people understand themselves, manage their difficult emotions, and realise that they are not alone.
The aim of the fundraising campaign is to launch a six-session Lélekút programme, which uses playful, accepting and restorative methods to support the development of inner security and self-confidence.
If you believe that children need understanding rather than fixing, this initiative is for you.
Day in, day out, I see many children and young people struggling with unspoken feelings:
anxiety, anger, insecurity, and the pressure to conform.
Not because they are ‘bad’ – but because they lack a safe space to be themselves.
This is how Lélekút came about.
Lélekút is a self-awareness and emotional development programme that:
- helps to recognise and name feelings,
- strengthens empathy and self-acceptance,
- supports the peaceful resolution of conflicts,
- and shows children that they are valuable just as they are.
The sessions are:
- playful,
- based on experiential and restorative techniques,
- take place in a safe, non-judgemental atmosphere.
Donations will help to fund:
- the professional preparation of the sessions,
- the necessary equipment and materials (printed diaries, cards),
- the costs of venues and travel,
- as well as testing and refining the programme so that it can reach even more children in the future.
This is the first concrete step on the longer journey of Lélekút.
You are not just supporting a programme.
You are helping to ensure that:
- a child to say: “Now they understand me.”
- a young person to learn: “I have a choice.”
- there is less tension and more care within a community.
