Hello to everyone reading this message,

Let me introduce myself, my name is Alex, I'm 43 years old, a former nomad, madly in love with freedom, nature, simplicity and the values of respect, sharing and brotherhood....

I've been travelling for just over 25 years, in many different ways, on foot, by bike, by hitchhiking, by lorry, by bus, by horse and cart, on many different routes....

In 2019 I decided to set up as a farrier, currently based in La Manche, due to the current situation in this crazy world we live in today, ...

I want to launch a new project because I've always wanted to combine work and quality of life,

And so I've decided to set up the second half of my life, and although I'm in full possession of my means, the farrier's trade isn't viable forever and the physical strain is starting to take its toll...

And so part of this change ,

is professional.

I'm planning to develop an extensive horse-drawn caravan tourism project...

Various possibilities and activities to offer during the stays, most of which will take place around Mont Saint-Michel.

In the current state of the project I have for the moment bought the horse, 🐴 JASPER magnificent Cob Normand, very calm horse very playful very clever perfect to ensure a peaceful journey and a relationship with the animal for the pleasure of all,

I would like to mention that I have something very close to my heart in this project later on, which is to be able to offer activities to autistic children, children in difficulty,...to bring back a little carefree spirit to those who lose it far too young!!!!

This long experience on the road has taught me a whole range of skills, which now give me peace of mind when I set off with a group of people under my responsibility,

I've learnt to anticipate the problems associated with this way of life, I'm a jack-of-all-trades, I tinker and repair as much as I can, depending on the constraints I encounter,

All this means that I can now offer a holiday where people can rediscover that dear lost time that we're all after,

All of this means that I can now offer a holiday where people can rediscover that dear lost time we're all chasing after, in a lifestyle that's rudimentary but where you can rediscover the joy of appreciating simple pleasures, true comfort, that connection with yourself that you can only find in nature, an aperitif punctuated by good humour and joie de vivre,

the warmth of a log fire, etc.

all in the comfort of bricks and mortar, whether salvaged or not, but always in a way that's both useful and enjoyable!

At the moment,

I've invested in the horse, which was the biggest investment, I've also bought a trailer to refurbish and I plan to buy other carts...

As I'm alone with this project, the problem is that I still need to invest and that's why I'm doing this kitty!

As the only person carrying out this project and investing, I'm bound to face a lot more difficulties and I could do with a little help,
