Description
I am 57 years old.
In 2021, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I had surgery, followed by radiotherapy and hormone therapy. The hormone therapy lasted two years, but it caused me severe osteoporosis. So I had to have several damaged teeth extracted in order to take Prolia, which is a medication for osteoporosis. This is because, if you take Prolia, you cannot have a tooth extracted for quite a long time, as this would cause permanent paralysis of the jaw.
I’ve had quite a few teeth removed and now I need €1,500 for dentures, as I’m missing a lot of teeth.
